OS Customization

OS Customization is things you do to change the look or feel of a operating system in this case I'll be covering customizing Windows XP operating system. There's basic re skinning of the built in windows explorer.exe gui itself via a program such as windows blinds and then there's more advanced methods that involve replace the explorer.exe shell with a alternative shell which in many or most case provide tangible performance benifits, but also provide a different overall user interface feel for better or worse. Alternative shells come in many flavors.
